Everyone deserves joy in their life.
Life is challenging, and we all need some additional support from time to time. If you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships, family, school, or work, you don't have to go through it alone.
At Zea Psychiatry, we are an experienced team of multidisciplinary mental health professionals who are here to help. We provide a personalized and holistic approach to mental health care that is safe, effective, and integrative.

Our Philosophy
Zea (pronounced zey-ah or zee-uh)
Zea Psychiatry's name was inspired by zea mays, the Latin scientific name for maize. Maize was domesticated by indigenous peoples in southern Mexico over 9,000 years ago and has become an staple food in many parts of the world. For the Mayan and Aztec people, maize was a sacred food that played an essential role in their identity and mythology. This included stories of maize gods and goddesses, and the creation of man and celestial bodies from maize. In North America, maize is often referred to as corn. Many indigenous agricultural tribes in North America feature the Corn Mother in their myths. For the Greeks, this cereal grain was a crucial part of ancient diets and has ties to the etymology of the word “ζείδωρος” (“zeidoros”), meaning “life-giving”.
At Zea Psychiatry, we believe that every life is sacred. Our personalized, holistic approach to mental healthcare aspires to be revitalizing and "life-giving." By distilling mental health into essential components, our mission is to support you in gaining the insights and tools to wake up to your full potential and cultivate a meaningful, satisfying life.
Each team member approaches the art of and science of psychiatry from a stance of reverence and curiosity. Through this exciting, collaborative work, we have developed a profound respect for each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. It is our firm belief that every single person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and radical transformation. We look forward to working with you!
